The adaptive methodology of the development gives us the capability to ship the usable software products quickly. If an infringement procedure is started by national or European authorities then we do not have time to hesitate, we must put our solution on very quickly. It is a big challenge, but as we focus on the prioritized product backlog starting with the most urgent functions in every iterations of software development. If you want to create a right solution in a short time, you must know well what the user will need. That is why we learn a lot as individuals and as an organization too.

We were in rush to open our free market storage IT Platform what meets with the requirements of Hungarian Energy Office and European standards. Experts of IP Systems prepared the product backlog and asked us to prioritize the items of it in every two weeks of the development periods – they called as a ’Sprint‘. It was really impressive to see how the software is improving from demo to demo at every end of the sprints.
